Piper Sonoma Blanc de Noir is a classic expression of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the major grapes of this blend, hand-picked from the cool vineyards of Northern Sonoma County. We are one of the few sparkling wine producers in the world utilizing French oak in our winemaking. Each year our cuvees are blended with reserve wines aged in large oak foudres. This adds depth and complexity and ensures Piper Sonoma will deliver exceptional quality year after year.
